An AVPN Asia‑Africa Fellow, he advises MSMEs on M&A, capital formation and cross‑border supply‑chain finance across Asia and Africa, delivering donor‑funded capacity building and impact finance initiatives.
Henry Kang
Henry Kang is a certified ACTA sustainability trainer and practitioner with 15+ years’ experience delivering high‑impact programs from C‑Suite to rank‑and‑file. Led corporate initiatives earning inaugural Corporate Recognition from Singapore Compact (GCNS). Holds a Master’s in Quality Management and certifications: Certified Sustainability (ESG) Practitioner, GRI Sustainability Professional, TRUE Advisor, ISO 9001, and Registered Management Consultant. Designs customized training on CSR, climate mitigation, supply‑chain responsibility, and sustainability reporting (GRI, SASB, TCFD, UNGC). Chew Woon Lim
Chew Woon Lim is a digital technology advocate and trainer in Data Analytics, driving digital transformation and efficiency. With 20 years in MNCs and SMEs, he worked as an SAP developer and as a Cognos/IoT solution architect. He holds an MSc and BEng from NUS and leads an IoT/RFID company.

Christine Chan is a HR professional with over 25 years’ regional experience in HR business partnering, operations, talent management, recruitment, and HR process solutions across HR solution firms, IT, telco, outsourcing/insourcing, and hospitality. She also serves as an adjunct trainer at a private tertiary institution in Singapore.

Colin Tan
Colin Tan is an independent consultant with over 30 years’ experience in customer experience design, curriculum development, learning & organisation development, and process facilitation. A former VP of Product Development at Service Quality Centre and GM (OD) at Ames United, he specialises in design thinking, training needs analysis, train‑the‑trainer programmes, and competency‑based learning. Colin holds an MA in Human Resources Development and a BSc in Management, plus DACE, ACTA, Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment, and Adult Educator Specialist credentials.

Felix is a facilitator, mentor and business leader with over 15 years’ experience in leadership development, innovation and SME transformation across Southeast Asia. Kelvin Chan is a productivity and innovation specialist with 30+ years’ experience as an APO Technical Expert and Associate Faculty at SUSS. He developed the APO Certified Productivity Specialist standard and has delivered Green Productivity, Lean, BPR and management‑consulting training across Asia and Africa. Kelvin designs and leads practitioner courses for organisations including Singapore Police, national productivity bodies and social‑service sectors, helping teams embed productivity, innovation and operational excellence.
